Development & Quality Leader Engineer Flexngate – Automotive Field

Activities:  Ensuring product control, quality and development;Ensuring fluid communication between the various departments between the Italian production site and the European site;Mechanical development of the back door and trunk of the vehicle;Evaluating production processes, design new systems and processes for introducing new products or improving existing ones;Development production processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, and modifying;Preparing proposals and production estimates for products;Participating in improvement plans;Improving production efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering;3-5 years of experience on automotive sector;Experience on steering;Experience with automotive mechanical developments (such as seats, doors, trunk, interiors);Knowledge of mechanical design/manufacturing of plastic parts (tailgate and backlit grille parts or similar parts);Knowledge of CATIA (3D Model + 2D drawing), functional dimensioning, manufacturing standards;Knowledge Quality classical tools (8D, PDCA);Ability to make technical proposals and lead projects;Italian C1/C2;High knowledge of English language (B2);
