For an important customer in the Automotive sector, we are looking for a:
**Development Quality Leader Chassis.
**
We are looking for a resource able to fill this role, capable of working both in groups and individually.
The resource will work in the customer's production plants located in Italy.
The activity of the DQL (Development Quality Leader) is in the Chassis quality.
The DQL is responsible for quality objectives convergence during the program development from Contract Milestone phase to the Start of Production.
He/She manages the quality commitments, formalizing the Project design status for SSTMs before each project milestones via the business design agreements.
Main Tasks and responsibilities are:
- Builds and guarantees quality convergence for: APQP/PPAP, SCA, Conformity;
- Animates the control of risks, checking Lessons Learned for each milestone;
- Follows up APQP-PPAP Grids progress;
- Deploys the Design milestone agreement;
- Applies the escalation process.
Responsibilities to include:
- APQP PPAP build;
- Cheek Lessons Learned.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of Quality processes;
- Design ability;
- Knowledge of Quality processes in Plants;
- Project Management background;
- Knowledges of the Body, Chassis and Interiors parts and perimeters;
- Knowledges the Program milestones;
- Good English spoken and written skills - minimum Intermediate level B2;
- Good knowledge of excel, office, PPT.
