CONTEXT Founded in 2008, Photosol is a photovoltaic power producer, specialized in large-scale ground-mounted power plants. Today, the group has a portfolio in operation and under construction of nearly 900 MWp, consisting of some 60 plants, and a portfolio under development of 4.3 GWp.

As part of its international growth, Photosol group is building a structure in Italy to achieve ambitious and exciting solar projects. The Development Project Manager - Solar (F/H) in Italy will join the Development department, reporting to the Country Manager.
The position is available as soon as possible.
MISSIONS In the development team and reporting to the Country Manager Italy, the Development Project Manager - Solar manages and optimizes the development of multiple projects (greenfield and/or already partially developed) until a fully developed project with the aim to achieve the Ready to Build status within the agreed timeline and budget.
RESPONSABILITIES Set budget and time plan. Manage the project to secure good quality within budget and time plan; Set a development strategy for the project in order to optimize the development depending on the project conditions; Manage risks throughout the project in order to act proactively and secure a project that is constructible and attractive to the market; Manage and procure services from external consultants and lawyers; Secure relevant permits for the project (Environmental Permit, Building Permit etc.) until achievement of Ready to Build status; Secure Grid Conditions and a Grid Connection Agreement with the connecting utility; Secure land access together with the Land Manager in the project team; Stakeholder Management – Set a communication plan and secure good relationships with concerned stakeholders such as Municipality, County Administrative Board, Authorities, local associations, residents, and landowners; Conduct Due Diligence for development-related matters during an acquisition process; Be up to date with relevant legislation working closely with the internal Legal counsel; Be up to date with the market in general and especially any surrounding projects to your projects; Always seek opportunities for new projects; PROFILE At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector, preferably within the PV sector; Minimum a bachelor's degree, most likely in engineering, environmental science/law or any other related area; Always act in a professional way and be an ambassador for Photosol; Team player with a delivery-oriented mindset that can handle parallel workstreams while managing budget and time plan; An adaptable mindset, good problem-solving ability, and ability to build relationships due to ever-changing conditions and the need to communicate with a variety of stakeholders; Leadership and management team experience; Fluent in Italian and English; Good skills with the MS Office package in general; What we offer: Permanent contract; Salary package up to profile; 10 euros ticket restaurant each working day; Remote work: 2 days/week; Localisation: Milan
