CONTEXT Founded in 2008, Photosol is a photovoltaic power producer, specialized in large-scale ground-mounted power plants. Today, the group has a portfolio in operation and under construction of nearly 900 MWp, consisting of some 60 plants, and a portfolio under development of 4.3 GWp.

As part of its international growth, Photosol group is building a structure in Italy to achieve ambitious and exciting solar projects. The Development Project Manager - Solar (F/H) in Italy will join the Development department, reporting to a Senior Project Manager.
The position is available as soon as possible.
MISSIONS Supported by a Senior Project Manager, the Development Project Manager manages and optimizes the development of assigned projects (greenfield and/or already partially developed) until a fully developed project with the aim to achieve the Ready to Build status within agreed timeline and budget.
RESPONSABILITIES Under supervision of a Senior Project Manager, manages the project to secure good quality within budget and time plan;Controls and reports risks throughout the project in order to act proactively and secure a project that is constructible and attractive to the market;Manages external consultants and lawyers;Secures relevant permits for the project (Environmental Permit, Building Permit etc.) until achievement of Ready to Build status;Secures Grid Conditions and a Grid Connection Agreement with the connecting utility;Secures land access together with the Land Manager in the project team;Stakeholder Management – establish good relationship with concerned stakeholders such as Municipality, County Administrative Board, Authorities, local associations, residents and landowners;Takes part in Due Diligence for development-related matters during an acquiring process;Be up to date with relevant legislation;Be up to date with the market in general and especially any surrounding projects to your projects;Always act in a professional way and be an ambassador for Photosol.PROFILE At least 2 years' experience working as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector;Minimum a bachelor's degree, most likely in engineering, environmental science/law or any other related area;Always act in a professional way and be an ambassador for Photosol;Team player with a delivery-oriented mindset that can handle parallel workstreams while managing budget and time plan;An adaptable mindset, good problem-solving ability and ability to build relationships due to ever-changing conditions and the need to communicate with a variety of stakeholders;Fluent in Italian and in English;Good skills with the MS Office package in general.What we offer: Permanent contract;Salary package up to profile;10 euros ticket restaurant each working day;Remote work: 2 days/week;Location: Milano
