NoOffer DescriptionThe research program aims to adapt a hybrid optical system, based on TD-NIRS and DCS, for data acquisition on human subjects within the 3T MRI scanner.
In addition, TD-NIRS DCS evaluation of cortical energetic and vascular status will be optimised by exploiting the information delivered by structural MRI for improved co-registration with anatomy and enhanced physical modelling.
The concurrent and integrated optical and MRI recordings will enable direct comparison of the two technologies in the assessment of cerebral physiology.
