Job Description Summary: For our company Renantis Solutions, we are looking for a Development Manager (Acquisition Permitting) to enter our Development Department and directly report to the Head of Greenfield and Brownfield Development.
In this role, you will support real estate development activities to secure the necessary land rights for projects, while also planning and coordinating technical and design activities from initial conception to final delivery, including all administrative and permitting aspects.
You will be responsible for achieving optimal results compliant with quality and sustainability standards, consistent with objectives, performance, costs, and timeframes.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Managing initial feasibility studies (TDD/opportunity/constraints) and proposal screening, compliance with budget, and authorization process timeframe.
Managing the authorization process to obtain necessary building and planning permits, including planning agreements and environmental procedures.
Monitoring the development and permitting status of projects and managing related documentation.
Providing back office support for development and permitting activities.
Collaborating closely with other teams and external advisors to support execution and facilitate integration efforts.
Key Requirements: 3 to 7 years of experience in the real estate sector or renewable energy development.
Strong expertise at the permitting stages and coordination of collateral expertise/consultants.
Skills to support development such as feasibility studies and due diligence.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work towards objectives, both in teamwork and independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation and report writing abilities.
Studies:Degree in engineering, architecture, urban and land planning or similar degree courses.
