LHH Recruitment Solutions – Retail, Fashion & Luxury Goods is looking for a RTW Womenswear Designer to join an important international high-end luxury brand. We are delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity to join an esteemed luxury company as a Senior RTW Designer. In this role, you will be an integral part of the innovative design team and contribute to the launch of their new high-end luxury brand. As RTW WW Designer, you will report directly to the Creative Director and play a pivotal role in delivering seasonal collections. Your main focus will be on RTW collections, ensuring their success and adherence to the brand's vision. Responsibilities Key responsibilities for this position include: - Leading the design process, from concept inception to finalization, under the guidance of the brand's Creative Director. - Conducting extensive research to generate creative ideas and providing valuable design input for relevant collections. - Creating both hand-drawn and technical drawings for pattern makers and production purposes. - Collaborating with other designers, associates, and pattern makers during fittings to ensure adherence to quality and brand standards. - Working closely with textile designers to develop and present captivating prints. Your Profile To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong sense of style, with a bespoke and original handwriting. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with internationally recognized luxury or designer brands.
