HDG is looking for a motivated Designer / Project Manager to join the international team in the Venice office.DESCRIPTION
The Designer we are looking for is a key figure within the agency in the development of innovative and strategic ideas. He/she must able to translate client needs and briefs into targeted, original and effective creative ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES Design and manage original, convincing and relevant communication projects, campaigns, content and brand experiencesManaging day-to-day project and production activities ensuring project workflowFollow up and interact with clients on a daily basisManage at the front line the relationship with the client by translating their needs into innovative and effective creative languageBe able to supervise, manage and evaluate cross-functional and multimedia creative projectsDevelop accurate, well-defined and persuasive verbal and written presentationsCopywriting skills for communication campaigns and presentationsREQUIRED SKILLS Combination of strategic, design and creative skillsProactive approach and development of new solutionsKnowledge and expertise in digital communication and its application on different digital platformsExpert in the use of the Adobe suite (Premiere, Photoshop)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailPREFERRED SKILLS Fluency in English, both spoken and writtenMultitasking abilityProblem-solving, creativity and proactive approach are preferred personal requirementsWHAT WE OFFER Collaboration with a prestigious agencyWork in a creative environmentContacts with big brandsOpportunities for professional growthPossible internal mobilityBecome part of a young and international teamHDG has a strong reputation in strategic design.
