Our target salary for this role ranges from 45.000 – 57.000 EUR per year plus additional bonus and benefits.
Your responsibilities
Contribute to designing products from sketch to shipping.Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing on bringing category-defining products to market.Your background
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in industrial design or equivalent experience.Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in designing intricate products such as automotive, consumer electronics, technical furniture, or similar. Experience working in-house is a plus.Creative Skills: You have a talent for exploring and refining ideas through hand sketching, 2D, and 3D visualization, along with proficient 3D CAD modeling abilities. A good grasp of human factors and previous experience in physical prototyping are beneficial.Collaborative Spirit: You are enthusiastic about working alongside cross-functional partners.Design Passion: You possess hands-on design skills and a problem-solving mindset that help in creating products that are not only beautiful but also user-friendly. Your creative optimism and passion for design as both a practice and a perspective shine through in your work.Communication Skills: Storytelling and communication abilities in visual, verbal, and written forms are part of your repertoire.Personal Attributes: A growth mindset, time management, and organizational skills complete your profile.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, and a good command of Italian is considered a plus.We look forward to the possibility of you bringing your unique blend of creativity and expertise to our team!
