THE ROLE Off-white is looking for a Designer to join the Style Team. You will be responsible for creating women's pieces for the RTW collection and supporting all phases of the creative process.
WHO YOU ARE Research mood boards and yarnsResearch new trends and inspirationsDesign hand-drawn and technical sketches and follow the collection from design, development to the final productLiaise with the product development office to ensure deadlines are respectedSupport in fittingsSupport in the implementation of embroidery and print placementsSupport across the collection closure activities (lookbooks and b2b activities)WHAT YOU WILL DO 2+ years' experience in a similar role in the fashion luxury industryDegree in Fashion design, a Master's is a plusGood knowledge and use of knitting machinesGood technical knowledge of knitwear and other apparel product categoriesExcellent freehand drawing skillsExcellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlinesGood level of English and Italian, both written and spokenOnly applications with an updated Portfolio attached or a valid link with a portfolio will be considered
