**Posizione**:
The incumbent assumes responsibility for providing our customers with design support, reviewing customer designs to ensure they meet print design standards, modify them as needed using their design skills, communication skills and online tools.
S/He gathers ceaselessly feedback that impacts the products, the process, the services and customer experience and reports the findings to the Team Leader in order to improve continuously the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
Processing designs from customers base on the process requirements and produce a printable file.
Contact the customer when required in order to agree design modifications.
Achieve the targets set by the team lead/team manager.
Applies customer satisfaction oriented approach in his/her daily tasks.
Performs additional duties as requested by team lead/manager.
Involving in activities that induces continuous improvement in the skills required for the role.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of the company's product catalogue in order to provide relevant guidance to the customers.
**Requirements**:
Exhibits creativity skills providing our customers with design support.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Fluent in verbal and written communication in Spanish and Italian, English would be a plus.
