Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023 For our project start-up team based in Rome and focused on projects in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Design Manager . He/she will report to the Technical Director and will manage the design consultant engaged for all project disciplines. This will include overall liaison with the consultant team, scheduling and reviewing design progress, managing design interfaces, document management, and commercial management of the design team related to the scope of work in compliance with the construction works schedule. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with QHSE programs; Work/Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary design team; Work with a multi-disciplinary construction team; Manage RFI and design drawing production; Ensure compliance with project agreements and PSOS; Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations; Ensure compliance with the standards of construction designs, plans, and specifications; Ensure that the plans meet the guidelines, requirements of building codes, and other regulations; Identify contract document conflicts and recommend solutions; Assist the Technical Director; Prepare all reports required to fulfill project requirements; Perform all other related tasks that will help complete the project. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent training; Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken; At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity; Experience with civil and E design/construction work is preferable; Experience with industrial buildings; Good initiative, attention to detail; Ability to work in a team environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills, AutoCAD; Available to travel to Saudi Arabia.
