Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Design: Develop cutting-edge designs for vacuum gripping systems, utilizing the latest in COAX vacuum technology and modular design principles. Prototype and Test: Create and test prototypes, refining designs to enhance functionality, efficiency, and safety. Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into product development and manufacturing processes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for design enhancements, driving innovation and efficiency across projects. Detailed Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to support the manufacturing and development process. Problem Solving: Analyze design challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in product design and development, preferably in the automation or industrial equipment sectors. Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Knowledge of PLM system is a plus. FEM analysis is a plus. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum two years of relevant experience.
