You are the coleader of a team of around a hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience through a welcoming, quirky, and friendly atmosphere that you establish.
Mama must be in good hands with you.
You will also develop special relationships with local clients and businesses, delivering the Mama experience there as well.
While maintaining high standards and norms in food service health and safety, you ensure Mama's profitability through revenue generation and cost control.
Behind the scenes, you assist the General Manager in analyzing sales figures and controlling expenses and operational excellence.
With confirmed experience in hotel operations, you act as a conductor. You know the score and melody perfectly to ensure there are no wrong notes on the ground, providing an unforgettable experience for our customers.
Qualifications :

You have solid experience in hotel operations and, if possible, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B). You have the ability to adapt to any challenge, remaining calm in a quirky environment with a high customer flow. You have previous experience managing a team of at least 100 people. You can identify talents and help them grow; it's your turn in the hot seat with the buzzer! You demonstrate flexibility in your schedule. Your working hours will be determined based on business needs. You want to be at the heart of the action with your team, not always alone at your desk. YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE :
