Take the responsibility of leading the operations function.Define and lead the implementation of operations procedures aimed at improving effectiveness and efficiency of the Branch.Establish internal controls and internal procedures aim to minimize the operational risk.Provide the best service to the Front Office, in order to guarantee that all the transactions are registered on time and all the informationneeded is provided within the deadline.Supervise the financial and accountant reports that are prepared to the Country Manager.Ensure that all the regulatory reports are properly prepared and delivered to the regulatory authorities within the deadline.Lead the software & hardware development with the IT, and its implementation in the Branch.Deal with external vendors.
At least 7 years of experience dealing with large corporate financial operations.Knowledge of the financial products & services offered by CIB to large corporate.Solid knowledge of financial reporting and accounting.
