What do we expect from you?
You will support the Boutique Manager by building customer loyalty and by leading/developing the sales team in order to optimize and increase turnover and ensure the profitability of the boutique. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you are the relay and operational manager with the team.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
Developing turnover, respecting commercial practices, and enhancing the customer experience. Ensuring the proper functioning of the boutique for all subjects: safety of people, development and training of teams, monitoring of performance and clienteling actions. Monitoring and driving the financial and administrative management of the store. Supervising stocks, inventories, after-sales operations, and general stewardship. More than a job... it's an experience!
