The internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with insights on how the education system and research work from a privileged point of view, and deeply understanding the logic of a service-oriented company, with an international focus.The intern may be involved in the following activities:Support in defining lessons and exam schedules and managing variations.Supporting the management of teaching materials (collecting and disclosing course profiles, syllabi and teaching materials).Supporting the administration of exams (definition of the Examination Board, organization of exams, communication and recording of grades, archive of exam papers).Support in the administration of the research funds assigned to the Faculty members.Support in the organization of events, seminars, workshops.Support in monitoring and updating the Department's websites.Support in the coordination of the Department Offices.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
The intern may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the Institute.Requirements:Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path.Fluent in English and Italian.Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaborative tools and software for videoconferencing.Project management skills are considered a plus.Curious to know how a higher education institution operates.Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer-oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously, prioritizing high and various workload flows in a fast-paced environment; self-starter with strong attention to detail.We offer:We are offering a 6-month paid internship, starting from October 2024.Place of work: MILANDisponibilità oraria: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
