Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the ready-to-wear team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable, personalized shopping experiences.
Drive sales and achieve department targets through innovative merchandising strategies and promotional initiatives.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, aligning with the store's brand identity and enhancing the overall client experience.
Build and foster lasting relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with senior management to set and implement departmental goals and strategies.
Requirements: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
A sharp eye for fashion trends and an in-depth understanding of the luxury retail market.
Offering: Competitive annual salary up to €55,000, based on experience.
