Department Head Production

For the Company's in-house Hight Talent & Potential Project, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 – 5 years' experience. The entry role will be in Piedmont for the starting activities / period and then experience abroad in one of the International Plant of the Group. Main Activities: Guarantee and improve the collective performance (Safety, Machinery, Quality, Production) of their Area to achieve the objectives defined by the DepartmentManaging the production flow in terms of quality and quantityEnsuring the safety of peopleGuaranteeing the continuity of plant operationsActively participate in the continuous improvement of their sector by applying Lean Manufacturing tools;Managing and developing employeesAccompany the people in their team in their professional development, autonomy within their Area.
