We are looking for a Demi chef de partie pastery for the season to join our Kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Reports to Pastry Chef.
Main duties & responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestion by the Chef Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality Monitor and maintain the kitchen clean and organized Collaborate with the staff of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standard Requirements Competencies required: Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally Other requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background HACCP certification Benefits Belmond and you: We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
