We are looking for a Demi Chef de Rang for our Pool Grill Restaurant for season 2024 to join our team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused. Excellent command of English. Additional languages would be desirable.

Main responsibilities:
Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served Work in a safe and efficient manner Focus on food running and table maintenance to help increase the guest experience. Build a strong rapport with the guests with your section.
