The ICL (Integrated Compressor Line) product is the preferred solution for gas compression when our customers are looking for compactness, flexibility of use and a high level of reliability.
Partner with the best You will report directly to Thermodyn Sales and Commercial Leader and you will be the entry point for technical studies and budget proposals together with the Thermodyn Sales Manager of reference.
As a Demand to Inquiry Engineer, you will be responsible for: Leading demand to Inquiry (DTI) activities for ICL (Integrated compressor Line) and for Thermodyn SRL overhung compressors across regions and market applications.Driving strategic engagement with clients (EPC and end users) in the early phases of a project (Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED), supporting technical discussions, technical queries with the aim to identify the most compelling technical solution and influence customer specifications toward the adoption of BH integrated compression technology.Promoting and positioning the integrated compression technology as the technology of choice for the project and being the technical reference for the client up to the issue of firm RFQ.Elaborating technical studies and technical analysis for the identification of the most suitable and competitive product configuration including calculation of performance, preliminary costs and preliminary lead time.Issuing budget proposals in coordination with Thermodyn Technical Sales and Thermodyn Engineers whenever required.Ensuring smooth transition and continuity from DTI to ITO at firm proposal stage in coordination with Sales, AEs and Commercial organization.Working together with Thermodyn Strategy, Growth and DTI Manager to ensure customer responsiveness and proactiveness in promoting Thermodyn technology in the early phases of a project.Delivering technical product presentations, coordinating Thermodyn product qualifications and supporting commercialization and technical promotion events worldwide as necessary.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have an Engineering degree or equivalent.Have significant experience in Centrifugal compressor product management or application engineering.Have a good understanding of the oil and gas industry.Have excellent interpersonal skills.Be able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable and growing business solutions and to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.Demonstrate the ability to execute and communicate the Thermodyn strategy in a global environment, to achieve the company targets.Have a pragmatic mindset to successfully work with the various stakeholders.Demonstrate ability to deliver strong and solid strategic pitch while dealing with internal and external Customers.Be fluent in English.
Fluency in any other language would be appreciated.
