```html Company Description: Within the Operations department, the Demand Supply Planning team is responsible for creating the demand plan with an 18-month horizon and transforming it into a supply plan for production. The Demand Supply Planning Intern will provide support in the demand and supply planning process for finished goods and promotional materials, improve the accuracy of the forecast plan, run analysis, and enhance Customer Service and Logistics specific processes. The role resides in the Demand Supply Planning team while partially supporting Customer Service Logistics on specific activities and projects. Job Description: ACTIVELY SUPPORT OUR DEMAND SUPPLY PLANNING PROCESS Being an active part of the monthly demand and supply plan process (part of the SOP process). Run root cause analysis on forecast error to improve the accuracy of our demand plan. Run root cause analysis in logistics failures to improve our service to customers. Analyse and streamline specific Customer Service processes. Improve Operations reporting.
