This role requires an experienced professional with a track record of success in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The Demand Supply Planning Manager should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamWho you are ?Key responsibilities1.Develop and execute integrated demand and supply plans to meet customer service expectations, inventory targets, and cost objectives2.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure supply meets customer demand3.
Establish and monitor metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement4.
Analyze current supply and demand trends to forecast customer requirements and develop plans accordingly5.
Develop and monitor inventory turn goals and objectives to support business objectives6.
Develop and maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, including local production performed by 3PL but driven by the department.7.
Analyze and respond to customer service issues in a timely manner8.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction9.
Analyze data and develop reports to effectively communicate performance to senior management10.
