**Position Summary**
In this role you will be responsible for improving the accuracy and reliability of the consolidated Demand Plan through projection of the most realistic demand estimate, managing exceptions to enhance the responsiveness of the supply in fulfilling market demand. Actively involved in Monthly Business Process and supply chain practices in order to have finished good available, at the right stock location with the freshness requested.
**A Day in the Life of the Demand & Supply Planner**
- Active player in MBP process (particularly in Operation Planning Review) for generation of forecast in a multichannel context, sharing data and critical info with Trade marketing, Sales and Marketing team;
- Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan at SKU level and on weekly basis for a portfolio of products. Capture and analyze commercial, marketing and sales input/events, analyze baselines, events, uplifts and interpret historical data and statistical forecast, to reflect into the 18-month rolling forecast
- Identify and manage exceptions, monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company's ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances. Challenge numbers and constraints, by finding opportunities to be agile.
- Manage the relationship with inter market affiliate planners, factories/Coman and logistics in order to ensure product supply risk are mitigated and optimal stock levels and freshness are maintained, analyzing the import plan and highlight key issue for all SKU's to ensure customer demand avoiding OOS and wastage.
- Consistently achieve sustainable Customer Service Level for domestic and Inter-Market Supply (IMS) customers within the Working Capital and Freshness objectives by ensuring that the weekly planning process is executed on time. Establish stock policies for Finished Goods. Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle times and R&P inventory levels, to drive optimum FG inventory level if within scope of role.

**What will make you successful**
- At least 1 year experience in Supply Chain or Operations
- Good Excel knowledge - SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus
