Scope As a major part of the EMEA Operations team, we are responsible for planning, purchasing, customizing, distribution, and support services which provide superior value to our customers by having predictable, repeatable, and scalable processes.
You will be in the Business Unit "EMEA" dedicated to providing terminals including software and accessories solutions to our customers.
You are in charge of preparing short, medium, and long-term demand planning to ensure that the plan meets customer requirements, providing the factory with an optimal manufacturing plan while managing both capacity and headcount efficiently – whilst managing the region's inventory within company goals.
You will be in touch with our EMEA SOP team, Corporate SOP, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Marketing/Sales teams.
You are considered the link between Sales Manufacturing.
Main responsibilities Manage the supply/demand for the region ensuring all customer requirements are met at Leadtime.
Manage the group purchasing process for Terminals – liaising with the sales teams SOP process prior to monthly purchase submission.
Manage the production plan short and medium term, assessing capacity and producing an optimal plan.
Manage the inventory levels for the region balancing Supply/Demand with the company goals.
Share Weekly Buildplan/priority meetings with the Sales team.
Produce Weekly/Monthly KPIs.
You have 5 years' experience as SOP Leader / Demand Planning Leader/ Master Scheduler and an IOM Diploma preferred.
You speak German and English fluently.
Technical skills: Excellent planning knowledge.
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
Advanced in Microsoft packages (Excel/Word).
Systems literate (Web/SAP).
Ability to perform detailed analysis.
Nice-to-have skills: Knowledge of MRP / ERP system - SAP.
(MM, SD, WM).
Flexible, good problem solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of logistics customs rules.
Knowledge of Incoterms.
