Scope As major part of the EMEA Operations team, we are responsible for all planning, purchasing, customizing, distribution, and support services which provide superior value to our customers, by having predictable, repeatable, and scalable processes. You will be in the Business Unit "EMEA," dedicated to providing terminals, including software and accessory solutions to our customers. You are in charge of preparing short, medium, and long-term demand planning to ensure that the plan meets customer requirements, and provide the factory with an optimal manufacturing plan managing both capacity and headcount efficiently while managing the region's inventory within company goals.
You will be a crucial member of our EMEA S&OP team, Corporate S&OP, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Marketing/Sales team. You are considered the link between Sales & Manufacturing. You do not have any direct reports; instead, the focus of your responsibility will be to manage and execute all S&OP activities for the regions which you lead.
Main Responsibilities Manage the supply/demand for the region ensuring all customer requirements are met at lead time. Manage the group purchasing process for Terminals – liaising with the sales teams & S&OP process prior to monthly purchase submission. Organise, chair, and lead regular meetings which are essential to the successful execution of the S&OP process. Manage the inventory levels for the region, balancing supply/demand with the company goals. Share weekly build plan/priority meetings with the sales team. Produce weekly/monthly KPIs. Profile You have 5 years' experience as S&OP Leader / Specialist / Demand Planning Leader/ Master Scheduler and an IOM Diploma is preferred. You speak English fluently, and German proficiency is a plus.
