Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join KIKO MILANO's Operations Team, reporting to the Demand Planning Manager.
Such talent ensures availability of products in KIKO central Warehouse, granting the product is in the right quantity, in the right place and at the right time, without compromising the company goals on service level, inventory and obsolescence.
In particular, you will: Perform demand forecasting and sales analysis of finished goods for stores, online/e-commerce and franchising channels Define central warehouse replenishment quantities for finished products and related raw materials Analyze supply and budget matching Grant the correct level of service, optimizing inventory levels, in accordance with company strategy for both baseline and promotions/events Monitor and analyze KPIs in order to develop further actions Analyze stock and optimize the stock mix Analyze slow moving and shelf life management Develop demand planning tools What you will need to succeed University degree in Engineering or Economics with a strong focus on supply chain 2/3-year experience in a similar role in an international environment, having worked in the supply chain/demand & supply planning of a retail company is a plus Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate and analyze data to drive problem solving, business recommendation and performance improvement Ability to disagree and commit Fluent in English Microsoft Office proficiency SAP (user) and Demand planning tools Excellent interpersonal skills We would love if you had A leader-driven approach: Thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering results Placing the customer first, driving change and leading by example Collaborating, growing expertise and embracing diversity Ability to learn on the job Strong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams Openness to a culture of continuous feedback #J-18808-Ljbffr
