Demand Planning Associate - Corporate Supply Chain & Logistics

Talent Solution , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in  Florence , is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of  Demand Planning Associate - Corporate Supply Chain & Logistics Main Activities and Responsabilities:    Perform the monthly Net Demand Planning cycle, based on sales forecasts and the inventory on hands, through the support of AS400 Placing purchase orders on AS400 and P2P systems Creation and sending to all suppliers of monthly rolling Purchase Forecasts   Management and handling of monthly Demand Review Meeting (DRM) Monitoring the stock level of coverage especially of critical products that could cause stockouts Review Performance Monitoring of CMOs supplying the Product Portfolio, making sure that the delivery plans (delivery dates and delivered quantities) are received on time and in a reliable manner, using the existing platforms in collaboration with Global Demand and Global Supply Departments Contribute to drafting and revision of Corporate GMP documentation related to the Supply Chain processes. (SOP, WI etc.) Supporting the Demand Planning Manager in building and reinforcing the partnership with Production Sites, CMOs and Commercial Companies to improve the Demand Planning processes and their effectiveness Contribute to building and testing new KPIs for Demand Planning performance   improvement and measurement Analyze and consolidate tactical actions to avoid stockouts and lost sales in the Italian markets Requirements:  University Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent 3-5 years working experience in the same role Fluency in English Excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams
