Demand Planning Associate - Corporate Supply Chain & Logistics

Talent Solution , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Demand Planning Associate - Corporate Supply Chain & Logistics .
Main Activities and Responsibilities: Demand Planning, by performing the monthly Net Demand Planning cycle, based on sales forecasts and the inventory on hand, through the support of local ERP; Placing purchase orders; Monitoring the stock level coverage; Review on a regular basis the Stock Policy Management and handling of monthly Demand Review Meeting (meetings between demand planning and marketing department in order to share critical products information); Review of Demand Planning KPIs; Performance Monitoring of CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations); Collaborate with Master Data Department for the creation and variation of the Master Data; Collaborate with the Packaging Materials Editing for the creation and changes of the packaging materials; Contribute to drafting and revision of Corporate GMP documentation related to the Supply Chain processes (SOP, WI etc.
); Supporting the Demand Planning Manager in building and reinforcing the partnership with Production Sites, CMOs, and Commercial Companies in order to improve the Demand Planning processes and their effectiveness; Analyse and consolidate actions to assure product availability on the Italian Market.
Requirements: University Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent; 3-5 years working experience in the same role; Fluency in English - B2 Level; Excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams.
