Placing purchase orders.
Monitoring the stock level coverage.
Review on a regular basis the Stock Policy Management and handling of monthly Demand Review Meeting (meetings between demand planning and marketing department in order to share critical products information).
Review of Demand Planning KPIs.
Performance Monitoring of CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations).
Collaborate with Master Data Department for the creation and variation of the Master Data.
Collaborate with the Packaging Materials Editing for the creation and changes of the packaging materials.
Contribute to drafting and revision of Corporate GMP documentation related to the Supply Chain processes (SOP, WI etc.).
Supporting the Demand Planning Manager in building and reinforcing the partnership with Production Sites, CMOs and Commercial Companies in order to improve the Demand Planning processes and their effectiveness.
Analyse and consolidate actions to assure product availability on the Italian Market.
Requirements: University Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
3-5 years working experience in the same role.
Fluency in English - B2 Level.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams.
