All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.YOUR ROLEDefining and managing the sales forecast processin order to assure the availability of the requested product in the right quantity and at the right timeDeveloping sales forecaston monthly and weekly level in tons and cons per each product related to 6 rolling months and Mid-Term forecast (18 months) per brand/format.Working out the role of Demand planning process ownerto establish, track and improve the local procedures defined in Demand Planning in order to increase process efficiency and forecast accuracy.Playing the role of interface between Global Supply Chain and Local Sales and MarketingLeading the S&OP process, building a reliable and shared forecast from customer level to country level, to reach the consensusAnticipating issues and manage proactively the market unpredictabilityMonitoring the complexity and defining hurdles for new Promo format creationYOUR SKILLSUniversity degree in Engineering or Economics1-2 years in a similar positionExcellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced EXCELExcellent knowledge of English and ItalianGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional teamHigh energy level and strong analytical conceptual thinkingEntrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projectsAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
