About the RoleYou will be responsible for the PH Division's sales forecasts, ensuring that products are available in the quantities and at the times required by customers and the company. You will be responsible for obtaining a Demand volume validated by all Business teams. You will ensure that information is circulated between internal partners (marketing, customer service, supply).
What you will doManage sales forecastsPrepare the Monthly Demand review, conduct the meeting with the local customer service, sales, marketing, finance and obtain validation of all annual volumes.Consolidate demand in SAP and MKI file on a weekly basisReconcile quarterly DP forecasts with FinanceAttend monthly S&OP meetingMonitor product life cycleUpdate forecasts in line with PIPOSet up forecasts for new products and monitor sales/forecastsAnalysis and ReportingMonitor the sales forecast performance indicator on a weekly basis (Forecast accuracy lag4 and BIAS)Attend weekly enrichment call and bi-monthly MKI call with Service Team (in charge of Forecast Stats): Analyze forecast deviations and draw up corrective action plansCheck business opportunities and losses in the CRM, update the list of potentials and update forecastsAnalyze SLOC root causes and attend weekly meetings with Sus (supply service), customer service and logisticsUpdate the 'product availability' file, providing visibility on production and supplies of out-of-stock products, and attend the 'product availability' meeting once every 2 weeksSet up routings for Stock Allocation, monitor local stock to avoid shortages and request stock from other countries if necessaryConstant improvement of proceduresWho Are You?Qualifications: Higher education in sales, management or logistics (BAC+4) or proven professional experience in a similar positionGood command of EnglishProficiency in Excel (good level)Good knowledge of SAPDefinition of priorities & organizationCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive annual salary + annual sales incentive bonus + benefits.
