Our global team is made up of ~22,000 diverse and brilliant people, passionate about insights, innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers.What you will doThe Demand Planner is responsible for the generation of the SKU-level operations forecast for a specific portfolio of brands, the Demand tactical portion of the SOP process, and for driving cross-functional alignment to the forecast each month.
The LDP is responsible for maintaining the forecast in SAP and for managing the forecast in SAP from the aggregate parent code through to the material/DC split level.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes current and historical shipment trends, distribution changes, POS data, and trade inventory levels to develop a SKU-level forecast in SAP.Responsible for reflecting market intelligence into the forecast (such as brand strategy, pipeline goal, consumer campaigns).Utilizes statistical forecast modeling to develop forecast baselines and uses the statistical model as the primary forecast driver where appropriate.Responsible for facilitating the local SOP process to align on one operational SKU-level forecast across functions.Understands and highlights key change items driving gaps vs. the Latest Estimate Business Plan/Financial Targets and makes recommendations to close gaps as appropriate.Partners with Display Project Planners to plan for display activity, adding in both placeholder/dependent demand requirements and decrementing base demand due to open stock cannibalization estimates.Ensures forecast is splitting appropriately across weekly buckets/locations via proportional factors in SAP and proactively communicates pertinent demand information to supply planners.Supports the new product forecasting process in cooperation with local commercial teams.Monitors actual monthly sales and adjusts demand models as appropriate.Reports on metrics such as MAPE, BIAS, OTIF, Demand Completeness.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data.MS Office knowledge at a relevant level (focus on Excel).Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.What's in it for youLearning Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource Groups12 months fixed term contractKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
