Demand Planner Emeai Junior

The Demand Planner is responsible to analyze statistical data and generating forecasting solution using analytical, marketing, and sales data of all the EMEAI region.
The duties will include detailed activities on Item Level Forecast, KPI development and analysis, Demand review with sales team and supporting the S&OP process.Analyze historical sales data, develop KPIs and analyze discrepancies.Develop effective forecast models based on history, market trends, business intelligence and demand pattern.Conduct monthly forecast maintenance collaborating with other departments, especially Sales Team.Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, production plans and business strategies.Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.Interact with internal customers (facility managers, planners from production sites), marketing and R&D to understand demand forecast drivers and their influence on the sales trend.Contribute to the success of New Product Introduction process.Collaborate with GI supply planners, plant schedulers and customer service to proactively implement and develop planning tools to meet the targets in terms of service, inventory, and cost.Track inventory and delivery performance failures to identify root cause and corrective actions as a part of the continuous improvement process.Lead projects according to business needs.Ensure OTIF (On time in full) target is met for the products he manages.Support Demand Planning Manager in other activities/projectsDegree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Logistics or another relevant subject.Experience with ERP system within a production environment,Experience in Demand Planning preferred.Fluent in EnglishQualification in supply chain concept and models preferred.Exposure to S&OP/IBP processes preferred,Experience in project planning and implementation preferred,Advanced Excel skills,Effective communication skills, Reliable, resilient, and flexibleAn analytical mind with strong attention to details and capacity of modeling,Good organizational and problem-solving skills,Team spirit,Drive for process improvement with a continuous improvement mindset***Please be aware that you can apply for any internal job offer after minimum one year in current role having previously informed your manager.Please read the guidelines before handing in your application All internal employees when applying for a role are required to upload their updated and their last 2 appraisals (which can be retrieved from HR Cloud).
