Job Title: Demand Planner We are looking for a Demand Planner to join Alpinestars' Supply Chain with a strong problem-solving mindset.
The resource will oversee in drives demand, service level, and inventory level through effective demand planning to reach budget objectives.
(S)He will contribute to the definition and identification of demand and plans product needs to satisfy it accordingly within the Company's directives.
Main Responsibilities: Contributes to the definition of the consolidated merchandise plan.
Follows overall impact on forecast of new product introduction, go live dates, and phase out.
Certifies the feasibility of the financial budget generating the overall company demand plan through business line planners.
Maintain a constant relationship with supply planning, sales, finance, and purchasing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.
Maintains and monitors sales and forecast vs budget feasibility, intervening to prevent discrepancies.
Drives and oversees master planning (aggregate finished product needs based on forecast, customer orders, production capacity).
Provide input to Supply Planning for finished products updated needs, monitoring inventory and proposing sales strategies on existing items, new product introductions, and product phase-outs.
Drives, measures, and monitors company service level, providing risk assessment and mitigation actions.
Qualifications: Economic or Engineering education.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Market Product knowledge.
Inventory management.
Mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Good MS Office Knowledge.
Very good knowledge of English.
Dynamic personality, proactivity, and hands-on approach.
Analytical and communication skills, problem-solving.
Position is available in Asolo HQ (TV).
