You support our team as a Demand Planner .
Responsibilities Analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to accurately predict future demand and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Setting safety stock levels and inventory modeling to ensure optimal stock levels in compliance with company's KPIs, adjusting forecasts based on changing demand and supply conditions.
Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IBP to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.
Provide the internal customer team with detailed status updates on the availability of critical products within the portfolio.
Generate regular reports, track forecast accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor in Engineering or Economics.
3 years' experience in Demand planning role, FMCG or B2B background it will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data are required.
Excel Mastery and MS Office knowledge at a relevant level.
Knowledge of SAP, IBP and BI.
Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, are required to execute communications at all levels of the organization.
