We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain department based in Piombino Dese (PD).In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, and working closely with third-party partners.You will monitor performance, track accuracy, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficient demand planning and production oversight.Additionally, you'll refine forecasts based on market trends and internal insights, manage stock levels, and implement tools to enhance planning processes.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years' experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields (or 10 years experience in demand planning role)Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.Highly analytical approach, deep knowledge of market trendsCapability to multitask in a fast paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Multi cultural approach, capability to create proper relationship with people in different departments, countries and culturesProficiency in EnglishMain Responsibilities:Develop effective forecast models based on market trends and demand patterns.Support sales force to monitor and adjust sales demand to be as reliable as possible, to properly drive sales and operations strategies.Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.Monitor and drive shipment and invoicing plan to respect and exceed budget figures, according to available inventories and production plan.Ensure the OTIF performance according to company targets.Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.Drive all VMI and CMI initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction, minimizing any excess inventory; coordinate and verify distribution of information on VMI situation, to ensure all departments are handling properly.Assess and verify monthly stock levels in finished goods, semifinished, accessories and critical raw material.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionPurchasing, Supply Chain, and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesMotor Vehicle Manufacturing and Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
