Position: EMEAI Demand Planner Currently, we are looking for the EMEAI Demand Planner.
Key Responsibilities Drive timely and accurate sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and ad-hoc demand to develop production plans. Own planning and stocking policies for all finished goods along with collaborative stock management in several sites across the region. Collaborate strongly with departments, especially Sales teams, Marketing, Customer Service, and Management. Create a horizon plan for producing all required MTS orders to be manufactured. Maintain stock level policy, age, and all planning parameters. Agree on forecasts with the commercial team either on an ad-hoc basis or through the IBP Process. Lead Portfolio Review meetings and align ERP setup while taking actions to support supply in product life cycle, managing obsolescence prevention. Attend Demand and Supply review meetings along with the main IBP. Manage classification of FG (MTS/MTO), leveraging existing tools to maximize service while minimizing costs and achieving inventory targets. Coordinate all communication regarding slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Create recommendations for stock holding by location/volume/value. Qualifications Experience in working in a demand planning/planning environment. Experience in working with manufacturing processes. Experience using MRP/ERP systems. Understanding of supply chain processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience analyzing and reviewing supply chain reports. Fluent in English. Proficient in MS Excel and other PC skills; Microsoft Office applications - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; SAP/JDE/Oracle or other ERP applications.
