Demand Manager (Beauty Market)

The new manager is a leader with solid experience in demand planning (make to order). This person has comprehensive expertise in the entire demand planning and forecast cycle.
The Demand Manager will oversee the following responsibilities:
Create precise demand forecasts for beauty products (make to order) using historical data, market trends, and close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Work closely with key accounts and sales management to optimize production scheduling.Develop an accurate demand plan by incorporating current and concrete inputs from internal divisions, enabling headquarters to effectively manage integrated demand and projected revenues, and allowing the supply chain to adjust the supply plan accordingly.Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure exceptional customer service while minimizing holding costs and waste.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify demand patterns and opportunities for improvement, generating detailed reports to guide business decisions.Categoria: FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)

Requisiti: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.Minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role with international exposure.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead other teams.Excellent project management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and allocating resources effectively.Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.Fluency in both English and Italian.
