```html Summary: This position must be set close to a Production Unit or Sales Unit at any of the three world regions (AMERICAS, EMEA, APAC).
One of the main responsibilities is to keep Safety Stocks in place for the 916 Carbide Rods account that must be sold in the located Region, at the Fulfillment center or Sales Unit.
The other focus area is to standardize processes related to Supply Chain processes at Sales Units and Production Units in the located Region.
This position has enough strengths to understand other business units and expand Supply Chain support to other segments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review historical sales trends, demand drivers, prepare forecast data, evaluate results and guide performance by working closely with sales and marketing.
Ensure there is an effective, yet reasonable, plan to link all facets of the finished goods inventory process by resolving daily challenges regarding supply and demand discrepancies and communicating to managers and key stakeholders.
Ensure that planning parameters, maintenance, and planning software tools interfaces have been documented and implemented and have appropriate performance metrics to drive results and continuous improvement in our ERP system through Hyperion Production Units and Sales Units.
Manage Tactical Inventory and Supply planning of our Finished Goods including item master and lead time information to ensure product availability meets desired customer service levels.
Establish/Support Inventory Policies and administer the development and implementation of an aggressive finished goods inventory reduction program that limits the business exposure to excess inventory cost, including slow move and obsolete inventory.
Manage and prepare company inventory relating to records, tracking of materials, changing business activities, quality of materials, and stocking levels.
Lead/Support the weekly/monthly inventory reviews and the daily/weekly visual management with key stakeholders, supporting data to develop monthly SIOP.
Function as a key user in IT planning within M3.
Establish KPI's to monitor success.
Act as key contact with sales and customer service on order follow-up.

Education and/or Work Experience: Relevant 4-year business degree or equivalent experience.
8-10 years required Supply Chain experience.
1-3 years, preferably in manufacturing.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS-Office.
Demonstrated proficiency with data reporting software (such as Business Objects, Power BI).
Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain planning and inventory management.
Demonstrated success in building professional relationships and leading projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success in developing relationships with, and successfully servicing customers.
Travel: Travel generally not required but for some implementation processes, it might be required within the located Region.
