Key Responsibilities & Tasks: Manage the overall lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring alignment between the Company's and Customer's business objectives.Lead during the Bid Phase of customer engagement, shaping the delivery approach, including methodology, governance, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation, and risk assessment.Communicate effectively during proposal reviews to present delivery approaches.Provide leadership to the project team and partner with Customer and/or Partner Project Management teams.Ensure all project activities adhere to Project Management Methodology, Quality Standards, Reporting, and Governance frameworks.Maintain a clear vision of the project and the surrounding business environment.Anticipate actions to proactively manage operational and business risks and align with project stakeholders.Manage escalations and coordinate recovery activities, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement as necessary.Establish trusted advisor relationships with Project Executives, Sponsors, and Stakeholders.Coordinate workstreams across various organizations, both externally and internally.Experience & Language Requirements: 5 - 7 years of project management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects.Experience leading cross-functional teams within a formalized methodology.Expertise in creating and maintaining all project deliverables across the Project Life Cycle.Expertise in project financial planning and management.Experience managing issues, scope, and quality to bring projects to successful completion.Some international implementation experience required.Management experience of medium to large size and multilayered teams desirable.Management of remote resources (global delivery or distributed organization).Cultural awareness and experience working across different cultures and nationalities.Strong leadership and people management skills desirable.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.PMP Certification is a plus.Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently.
