The role We're hiring for a Delivery Specialist to enable go-to-market innovation within the data & business intelligence space.
The Delivery Specialist will enable the implementation of innovative Business Intelligence (BI) Products through ensuring a smooth coordination among streams of work, organising the roadmap to maximise impact, and strategically planning future iterations to ensure teams are working in sync.
Some of the responsibilities include Consolidate the backlog from multiple Development streams, identifying organization and planning opportunities to maximise capacity and go-to-market speed / cadence. Present iteration planning to senior management for approval. Monitor big rocks project progress in line with planning, identifying and addressing possible risks and opportunities. Coordinating three development streams for the execution of activities approved for the iteration. Collaborate with product owners to define the release and activation planning. Articulate the BI roadmap big rocks planning for the next 12-18 months in the most efficient manner whilst addressing business needs. Empower the team to deliver at their peak by managing the relationship with technical senior stakeholders. Providing planning updates and reports to senior management. To apply, you should have Worked in Project Delivery / Management with relevant experience across BI platforms, databases, and reporting technologies. Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling / mapping, methodology development and data modelling. Worked in close partnership with a Product Owner in an Agile (SCRUM) software development environment. Ability to collaborate with business counterparts (commercial, Finance, other product functions) to understand and formalise their needs. Used Confluence and Jira software in the past. Exposure to MicroStrategy and / or Tableau is preferred. Experience in managing or activating Data governance policies is a plus.
