Delinquency Specialist (JARCAP) - Naples, FloridaID: 2024-19831Category: Behavioral/Mental HealthEmployment Type: Regular Full-timeShift / Schedule: VariableExperience & Requirements Graduation from a master's level program in social work or related field, accredited by the council for social work.Minimum of two years employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent.Professional license/certification to perform job duties as required by the state.Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.A background check, security clearance, and drug screening are required for this role.Responsibilities Maintains a caseload of patients from both the inpatient and outpatient population.Provides therapeutic interventions including supportive counseling on an individual and group basis as appropriate.Assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects. May direct special projects as requested.Provides the necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records, and reports.Participates in and conducts in-service programs, as well as assists in the orientation of new staff.Responsible for obtaining information for comprehensive psychosocial history.Performs other related duties at the request of the Clinical Director.Provides psycho-educational training.Coordinates discharges from Mental Health Unit.Maintains required documentation.Crisis intervention.Consults with psychiatric, psychology, and/or medical staff and security concerning coordinated patient care.YesCare Benefits (only applicable for full-time positions)
