Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client, who are known for manufacturing luxury hand-crafted motorcycles. They are looking for a Dealer Development Lead to join their expanding team on a contract basis. The role will be based in Italy.
Job Description
As Dealer Development Lead, your main responsibilities include:
Project Management, approval-to-launch, ensuring timely delivery of all resources Coordinate onboarding activities and oversee training Stakeholder Communication, internal and external, between client and dealers, legal, marketing, IT and training Network planning and development, supporting growth and future strategies Reporting on progress and readiness, through milestones and KPIs Qualifications / Skills needed
2-4 years of experience in project management, able to manage multiple concurrent dealership activations Familiarity with dealership structures, operations, and requirements for launching new locations Familiarity with automotive systems (e.g., SAP, dealer portals) and ability to manage technical onboarding Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management Some experience in network planning or dealer activation projects is highly desirable How to Apply
