The DE&I and Engagement Intern will support the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and employee engagement activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing programs that promote a diverse and inclusive culture and spread the company's values.
Main Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of DE&I programs and eventsHelp coordinate special projects (Certificazione parità di genere, People Survey, company volunteering)Assist in analyzing data related to DE&I metrics and employee engagement surveysAssist in designing/reviewing company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplaceSupport the scheduling and organization of training sessions and workshopsSupport the creation and launch of DE&I related communicationsConduct research on best practices and emerging trends in DE&IHere are some experiences/skills that we are looking for: Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and EnglishOrganizational and project management skillsAuthentic interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and employee engagement/wellbeingAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationAvailability for sporadic travel to Italian and Swiss (Ticino) premises
