SUMMARY: The following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the DC/E-Commerce Operations Lead. This position will not be limited to just those responsibilities described below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the daily compliance and performance of DC/E-Commerce associates. Ensures associates adhere to departmental procedures. Assists DC Operations Supervisor with maintaining departmental levels of service. Ability to coach individuals and teams in regards to best practices for job function. Collect and enter relevant departmental data for tracking of KPI's. Coordinate team resources to work on Special Projects, as needed. Ensures daily housekeeping requirements are performed & met. Other duties as required. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job function successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Ability to handle medium physical labor. Must have ability to multitask. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Able to effectively utilize basic office equipment. High School Diploma / GED preferred. 1-2 years Distribution Center / Warehouse experience preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in English. Excellent written/grammatical and verbal communication skills. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to remain flexible, re-prioritize, and respond to changing demands. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management. Independent, self-motivated, team player. Volunteers willingly for additional responsibilities. Remains open and adaptable to change and new challenges for growth. Evaluates current methods and suggests alternatives and/or improvement when applicable. Maintains exemplary degree of professionalism with all company employees. Must be punctual and work planned schedule. Must maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to stand for an extended time, bend and lift light to medium weight.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Typical warehouse environment with moderate level noise exposure.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50-$19.50: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.
