ABOUT THE ROLE As a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer requests, identifying root causes and managing prompt solutions to maintain client satisfaction and provide meaningful insights to other team members to increase proactive coverage maintenance. You will collaborate with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as the DMR AM Team and DMR Tech Team, providing feedback and supporting requests.
Missions: Management of fireline requests: Give feedback to users, fixing their issues as fast as possible. Perform basic checks on media registry and document contents. Management of coverage additions: Propose new sources to add. Create and enrich media/sections. Collaborate with the DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team, and DMR Tech Team to propose tech or process initiatives to improve our customer support activities. Within DataOps, the DMR Support Team Online is focused on managing customer support requests, providing solutions following checks and investigations through the database, and managing coverage additions to increase and enrich the company's scope and effectiveness.
