Location: Parma, Italy (Hybrid: 3 days onsite initially, transitioning to 2 days onsite)
Contract Duration: February 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
About the Role: We're seeking an experienced AI Data Science Consultant to join a leading project in the pharmaceutical industry.
This role is critical in connecting advanced data science capabilities with strategic business decisions, leveraging AI and machine learning to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Understand complex business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Procure, clean, and analyse large datasets to uncover insights.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to solve business problems.
Create sophisticated data visualizations and reports to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Data Scientist , AI Consultant, or similar role.
Strong expertise in machine learning , data analysis , and data engineering .
Proficiency in tools like Python , R , or SQL , and experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to communicate complex technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Flexibility to work onsite in Parma, Italy , as required.
