OTB Spa is looking for a Data Science Intern to join the Data Strategy & Advanced Analytics Department.
In details, the resource will: Support the development of analytical models to gather advanced and omnichannel insights, e.g. behavioral segmentations, CRM KPIs (lifetime customer value, up-/x-selling, retention, next product to buy), campaign ROI with attribution modelling, predictive/real-time recommendations; Help the team in the maintenance of the existing analytical models; Work with the Brands' business teams to identify their needs for new models; Extend company's data with third party sources of information when needed; Cooperate continuously with the rest of Business Intelligence Team on developing the enterprise data warehouse and the data lake. Job requirements: Mathematical or statistical background; Fluent English language skills; Good knowledge of Python/R languages; Interest for new frontiers of artificial intelligence, machine learning etc; Experience in the use of relational databases and related languages (e.g. Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL) is a plus; Knowledge of the main BI tools - PowerBI (preferably), Tableau or QlikSense - will be considered as a plus.
